Consumer Finance Regulatory/Compliance Senior Associate or Senior Counsel Position Overview We have an immediate opening for a Consumer Finance Regulatory/Compliance Senior Associate or Senior Counsel. This role is ideal for attorneys with a minimum of
five years
of experience in a law firm setting. This position can be
REMOTE
or in office/hybrid. Key Responsibilities The candidate will primarily collaborate with attorneys in our national Consumer Financial Services Practice and engage in the following: Working with financial institutions and consumer lenders Developing and navigating compliance policies and procedures Drafting and analyzing disclosures Advising clients on relevant statutes and regulations applicable to their business Essential Knowledge and Skills The ideal candidate should have familiarity and expertise in: Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) TILA-RESPA Disclosures Rule (TRID) Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) Candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a robust understanding of the regulatory frameworks impacting consumer financial services.
