Key Responsibilities: Drive new business strategically within select CPG accounts, collaborating closely with Solution teams and core account teams to achieve service sales and margin targets. Position Fractal's solutions effectively to meet client needs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor while managing complex client relationships. Leverage your knowledge of the CPG industry, technology, and processes to educate clients on the value of our services and implementation expertise. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business priorities and challenges, turning them into actionable opportunities. Foster value-driven relationships within your account and with core account teams. Lead solution sales campaigns independently within major accounts with trust and confidence. Proactively pursue business development and pre-sales initiatives, drawing on both industry expertise and technical knowledge. Advance sales campaigns through needs-based engagement including consultative dialogue, cross-functional collaboration, and tailored workshops. Represent Fractal's full portfolio by showcasing comprehensive knowledge of AI, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Sciences. Success Profile: Proven experience in leading strategic engagements within CPG accounts to deliver analytics services, achieving or exceeding revenue goals. Strong business acumen that translates into effective revenue growth strategies, while fostering relationships that facilitate purchasing decisions. Skilled storyteller, able to correlate client challenges with internal capabilities and link those insights to business outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging audiences from technical implementers to executive leadership. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while conducting in-depth analysis and providing actionable recommendations. Experience leading globally distributed teams, recognized for your natural leadership abilities and focus on account growth. Qualifications and Skills: 12-15 years of experience in the data analytics industry, working directly with clients. Proven track record of driving growth in large accounts, building strong cross-geography relationships, and executing effective pre-sales activities. Strong knowledge of CPG data and analytics, with a broad understanding of various domains such as Data Engineering, Cloud technology, Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, Digital, Marketing Analytics, and Revenue Growth Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and engage effectively with both business and analytical stakeholders. Comfortable navigating ambiguity within a cross-functional setting. Willingness to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferably holding a graduate degree in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, Information Science, Engineering, or Statistics. Self-motivated with a strong desire for rapid career advancement, coupled with a positive, can-do attitude. Compensation: The salary range for this role considers various factors including skills, experience, and other organizational needs. The compensation range is
$130,000 - $153,000 , with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance. Benefits: As a full-time employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will receive health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plan coverage from your first day of employment.
