Senior Capital Raiser Partner(GP)

to join our leadership team as an

equity partner —playing a key role in

fundraising

and

investor relations

to scale our investment initiatives. About the Role

This is a

high-impact leadership position

designed for a

seasoned capital raiser

who has strong relationships with

high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, institutional investors, and fund managers.

As an equity partner, you will be instrumental in raising funds from

Limited Partners(LPs)

to grow our portfolio of assets and drive fund success. Success in this role means securing

substantial capital commitments, expanding investor networks, and contributing to the firm's strategic direction.

Unlike traditional roles, this position is

purely equity-based —your earnings will be directly tied to the funds raised and the firm's overall profitability. This is to foster a long-term partnership relationship. Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Acquisition : Identify, cultivate, and onboard

HNWIs, institutional investors, venture funds, and private equity players

to raise capital for Sterling OakHaven’s alternative investment funds. Strategic Capital Planning : Develop and execute

capital-raising strategies

aligned with the firm’s investment objectives and growth plans. Investor Relations : Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, providing ongoing communication, reporting, and insights into fund performance. Pitch & Deal Structuring : Lead investor meetings,

develop pitch decks, term sheets, and investment proposals , ensuring clarity and strong value propositions. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight : Work with legal teams to ensure all fundraising activities adhere to financial regulations and investor agreements. Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends, providing insights that shape fund strategies and investor positioning. What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record : Minimum

5+ years in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or fund management , with a history of securing

$5-10M+ in capital commitments. Strong Investor Network : Existing relationships with

HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, or hedge funds

willing to invest in alternative assets. Financial Acumen : Deep understanding of

private equity, alternative investments, fund structuring, and capital markets. Exceptional Communication & Sales Ability : Confident in delivering persuasive investor pitches and closing high-stakes deals. Entrepreneurial Mindset : A self-driven professional who thrives in high-performance environments and sees this

equity partnership as an opportunity, not just a job. Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with

SEC, FCA, or other global financial regulations
