Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Computer Systems Analyst
to support our clients on a government contract as part of an upcoming proposal submission. As a key personnel, the analyst will be fully dedicated to the project's success. The analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating, analyzing, and improving computer systems to align with business goals. The positions involve understanding organizational processes and providing expert guidance to optimize systems for better performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate current computer systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend modifications. Conduct cost-benefit and risk analysis for system updates and improvement. Document requirements for workflows/operation functions or documenting integrations. Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define system requirements. Ensure delivered systems meet business and user expectations. Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, processes, and updates. Provide ongoing support troubleshooting for system-related issues. Perform analysis on data intake and integration needs for technical enablers and system data needs. Requirements
10+ years of in-system analysis, including system integration, data analysis, and systems requirements for enterprise-level systems.Experience specializing in Java and Pega. Public Trust (or higher clearance) is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain an IRS Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Badge. Certified as a Business Architect with the Lead Business Architect (LBA) designation is required. US Citizenship is required. Candidates must be located in the DMV area. Familiarity with operating systems, databases, and network protocols. Expertise in system modeling tools and techniques. Strong understanding of system development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Strong knowledge of front/backend development processes across Java, Pega, and other workflow-based platforms.
