Role Summary - Senior/Principal Electrical (MEP) Design Engineer: As a Senior/Principal Electrical (MEP) Design Engineer, you'll have the chance to take on new challenges and responsibilities while contributing to high-performance engineering solutions. The position is hybrid, with 2/3 days per week in the office or on client sites, and 2/3 days working remotely. Duties: Serve as permanent Team Leader for Multi-discipline engineers and designers. Managing complex Mission Critical MEP projects across numerous industries: Commercial, Medical, Biotech, Education, Transportation, and more. Meeting and consulting with clients Providing guidance to design staff Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders.
Essentials: BSEE 10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting At least 2 years team leadership/management experience Project Management Experience in the MEP space, Mission Critical is preferable High-energy client services skills and excellent communication
Desirable: A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience) PMP Certification LEED Accreditation Experience with CAD and REVIT
