In addition to actively leading projects, the Senior Producer will: Collaborate with the Director of Experiential in the development of departmental tools, processes and ensure consistent organization and project process across the department. Along with Director of Experiential, manage presale (pitches & phase 1s) workstream, developing project timelines and budgets. Work strategically and in partnership with internal teams to build, maintain, and improve internal and external processes, workflows, systems, and policies. Directly manage at least 1 junior production staff member providing project agnostic mentorship, support and oversight. Coach production staff to maximize performance and ensure project quality. Keep all stakeholders apprised on any key changes that will affect final delivery. Direct and motivate teams to help them use their talents effectively. Maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication with other teams at the organization to ensure that projects are moving forward effectively and efficiently. Maintain a knowledge of, and stay up to date on, latest industry technology, trends and techniques Engage, contract and onboard freelance resources and varied vendors, building a vast network of trusted resources. What you will bring: Minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential marketing production, including event management and production Track record of managing a team, with experience managing employees with different working styles An ability to think fast, problem solve, present solutions and react positively to unexpected issues Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude and an ability to both provide and take direction well Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelines Familiarity with relevant regulations and permits for events and activations Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A great network of vendors and industry connections An adeptness in managing client relationships A strong work ethic and sense of project ownership Experience managing project budgets that range and scale up to $3MM Salary Range:
