Responsible for assisting the executive team and broader Wasserman Creators group in managing the day-to-day operations of Wasserman’s client support platform. This includes overseeing key operational functions such as accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), human resources (HR), and legal support. As the primary point of contact within Wasserman’s operations platform, this role facilitates seamless integration and collaboration across multiple departments, ensuring agents and clients receive the highest quality of support. Duties: Wasserman platform integration as it relates to Creators: health and performance, accounting, finance, M&A, HR, and legal. Act as the Creators group’s primary point of contact for all agents to the Wasserman operations platform. Match agents with service providers in other parts of the company. Operations oversight as it relates to: (i) budget planning and accounting, (ii) T&E allocations and forecasting, (iii) approval on department operational expenses and tools (iv) supporting in projecting revenue for finance. Supporting in leaderships implantation of career pathing and employee review process as requested, for non-agents and consultants, including but not limited to conducting reviews & providing mentoring. Work with SVP, Creators, EVP Biz Affairs/Ops and People on implementing and maintaining Company-specific Human Resource measures within the Creators group (e.g., employee reviews, mentorship, trainings). Tracks and supports in the financial planning of new client recruitment and current client retention, including but not limited to: (i) cost allocations to agent teams, (ii) creating and managing the onboarding process for new clients across the operational platform (accounting, legal, finance, etc.), (iii) working alongside Director of Recruiting and with agents to ensure we have the proper resources for success. Work with Creator Legal attorneys to implement and manage processes to allow for efficiency within the business. Participate in strategic planning with leadership develop new business lines and expand new business opportunities into non-traditional areas. Oversee the Creator Insights team to utilize first party and public data to inform agent and managers in a manner that drives increased business across our divisions service areas. Liaise with Accounting to track and manage proper accounts payable and receivable of talent, vendors and third-party partners. Support our expansion into international marketer to ensure consistency across operational platform, agent support, employee processes and talent platform services. Work with finance, accounting legal etc. to prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using Word, Excel spreadsheets, or presentation software, as necessary. Maintain department databases and generate reports as required. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in business, finance or operations. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience across operations, finance and process management, preferably with direct experience managing large corporation processes. Must have knowledge of the Creator economy and the broader talent representation industry. Possess persuasiveness skills to successfully negotiate on behalf of the client’s interests. Position requires considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to travel, work nights, weekends and holidays. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and other budgeting / forecasting SaaS tools. Well-developed communication skills, creative thinking and writing skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Requires self-management and project management abilities Ability to build strong, lasting relationships internally and externally Ability to anticipate problems and manage expectations Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative.
