Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager in Digital Manufacturing to join our Product Development & Manufacturing team at PwC. This role involves leading digital manufacturing initiatives, developing strategies, and guiding clients through implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital manufacturing projects, including MES, Digital Twin, IoT, and cloud-based solutions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and speed to market.
- Guide clients on lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.
- Manage and develop diverse teams, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing strategic advisory services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of digital manufacturing applications, strategy, and operations.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects and teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Additional Information
