LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading insurance company in seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations to join their Growth Marketing team. This Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations will be responsible for evaluating performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and translating data into actionable strategies that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in management consulting, sales strategy, customer retention, and operations-particularly within commerce, consumer subscriptions, and call center environments.
Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing, sales, and operational performance, identifying what is working well and where improvements can be made
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to drive strategic initiatives and improve efficiency
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and business planning efforts, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance overall effectiveness
- Utilize data and insights to tell a compelling story, influencing decision-making at the leadership level
- Oversee sales strategy and operations, ensuring seamless execution across consumer-facing channels, including subscriptions and call centers
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal performance metrics
Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations and sales strategy, preferably in insurance, consumer services or subscription-based businesses
- Background in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Proven experience working with call centers, customer retention strategies, and commerce-driven models
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and executing high-impact strategic initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau or other data visualization and analytics tools
