Summary: Metris Global is seeking a Senior Multimedia Specialist in Quantico VA to support FBI Training Division's Residential Instructional Design Unit (RIDU) and Training Solutions and Development Unit (TSDU). Apply ADDIE methodology in compliance with the FBI's Technical Manual for Training Development to design, develop, and evaluate high-impact learning content. The availability of this position is contingent upon the contract award. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Design and develop multimedia content for eLearning, training videos, animations, and interactive modules. Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite. Integrate HTML5/CSS/JavaScript components as needed. Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Experience: 10+ years as a multimedia specialist;

may substitute for formal education. Proficiency in multimedia software and web-based content development required. Additional Requirements: Must obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. FBI suitability screening, security awareness briefing, financial disclosure, and polygraph exam may be required. Must comply with FBI self-reporting obligations (e.g., foreign travel, changes in marital status). Required to sign a consent form for warrantless search (FBI-0010).
