A Top 10 National Multifamily Developer/Builder is seeking a Preconstruction Manager / Estimator for its Southeast Division in sunny South Florida . This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career (3–7 years of experience ) who’s ready to grow with a top-tier company.

You’ll work closely with development, design, and construction teams on multifamily projects ranging from garden-style to high-rise. What we’re looking for:

• 3–7 years estimating or estimating/PM experience for multifamily projects
• Experience working for a multifamily developer/builder or GC is required
• Proficiency in takeoff and pricing software
• Construction-related 4-year degree (required)

Compensation:

• $100K–$130K base + project-close bonuses
• Full benefits + relocation assistance if needed
