We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Product Management to lead our cybersecurity product team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business and technology acumen, and have a holistic understanding of enterprise cybersecurity issues and the challenges in mitigating cybersecurity risks. This role requires someone who can effectively influence cross-functional teams and drive the cybersecurity vision at T-Mobile. Job Responsibilities:
Lead the cybersecurity product team consisting of 4 product managers. Develop and implement the cybersecurity product strategy to address and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the cybersecurity vision and goals. Identify and prioritize cybersecurity product opportunities to drive business value. Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats. Ensure the systematic and organized approach to tasks and projects within the team. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree In Business Administration (Preferred) Work Experience:
10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment. (Required) 4 - 7 years' experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management organization. (Required) Experience working in a large enterprise cybersecurity organization. Strong presence and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Out-of-the-box thinking with a mixture of business and technology acumen. Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to tasks. Proven track record of delivering results. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required) Communication: Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required) Business Analytics: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required) Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required) Additional Requirements:

$140,500 - $253,500 Corporate Bonus Target:
20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's pay.
