Handle complex transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies. Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters. Draft and negotiate documents related to energy finance and project development. Collaborate with clients on strategic financing matters within the energy transition space. Lead and support innovative energy transition financing deals. Work closely with teams across multiple offices to provide high-quality legal services to clients. Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters. Strong experience with tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills
