Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Pennsylvania Bar Admission required.
- 5+ years of AMLAW 200 or equivalent experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions.
- Law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to contribute to and help grow a national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions.
- Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring the successful execution of transactions.
