A well-established Commercial General Contractor in the DFW area is seeking to add a Senior Project Manager to their growing team.

The company maintains a strong pipeline of local projects, ranging from $50M-$250M All work is based in the DFW Metroplex—no travel required.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing projects valued at $30M or more
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs and standards
- Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and approval processes
- Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure contract compliance and schedule adherence
- Manage project budgets, change orders, cost controls, and value engineering
- Lead all meetings, walkthroughs, and project documentation
- Supervise and support project team staff including training, development, and performance management
- Maintain regular presence on project sites
