Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director, the Senior Associate Athletics Director for NIL Operations will help lead the development of the university's in-house Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) program. This role involves managing NIL execution, revenue share modeling, and athlete branding initiatives. The individual will collaborate with coaches, student-athletes, legal, compliance, collectives, agents, and external partners to ensure the university remains a leader in NIL innovation. This position is responsible for creating infrastructure to manage NIL deals, support contract negotiations, and expand branding opportunities, all while ensuring compliance, transparency, and athlete empowerment. Minimum of 5 to 7 years in College Athletics (Required) Experience in compliance, contract management, legal affairs, or NIL (Preferred) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion (Required) Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse backgrounds (Required) Strong public relations skills and ability to build relationships (Required) Collaborative skills to work across multiple units (Required) Strong organizational and prioritization skills (Required) Ability to work under stress and maintain composure (Required) Proficiency in calendar management (Required) Knowledge of contracts and budgeting (Preferred) Experience with university purchasing and accounting policies (Preferred) Computer skills including Microsoft Office, JumpForward, Teamworks, Hudl, XOs, Prep Tracker, Page Maker, VISIO, and database entry (Required) Knowledge of university policies, NCAA, and conference rules (Preferred) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) Special Conditions for Employment
