Onsite Requirement: Candidate should be prepared to work onsite 5 days a week

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - ONSITE

Job Title: QA Engineer Automated III
Position Overview:
Seeking a Senior QA Engineer Automated III to join our dynamic ITD Applications team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in automated testing using Selenium, BDD, and TestNG, along with strong programming and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, BDD, and TestNG • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report bugs or defects • Continuously improve and optimize automation testing practices and frameworks • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing code quality • Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and technologies in QA automation
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in automated testing and framework development • Proficiency with Selenium, BDD, and TestNG • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Exposure to performance testing and security testing • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
