Madison Hunt is partnering with an established private equity firm based in New York is seeking a Vice President to join its investment team, with a core focus on infrastructure, energy, and utility services. The firm sits at the intersection of traditional private equity and infrastructure investing, targeting essential, asset-intensive businesses with the end users helping achieve global decarbonization goals. This is a high-impact role offering significant responsibility across deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management, with direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term capital backing. Key Responsibilities: Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for new investments Drive transaction execution from initial screening through to close Support and mentor junior team members across workstreams Partner with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and operational improvements Build and maintain relationships with industry executives, advisors, and intermediaries Qualifications: 6+ years of total experience, including relevant time in private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure investing Strong transaction execution skills and an ownership mindset Deep sector interest or experience in infrastructure, energy, and/or utility services Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Seniority level
