Overview
The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for an energetic, part-time Cocktail Server to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.
If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails this Cocktail Server job is for you!
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets
Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders
Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand name
No experience or diploma required

Located 14 miles west of Charleston, West Virginia, Mardi Gras features more than 25 table games, a poker room, more than 850 slot machines, live greyhound racing, and off-track betting for both greyhound and horse racing; several restaurants and a 150-room hotel.
