Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow GRC & Vulnerability Response Consultant to lead the enhancement and optimization of our client's ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module. This role involves designing advanced workflows, automating re,tion processes, and improving reporting to streamline collaboration between Security Operations (CSO) and IT re,tion teams. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, process optimization, and integration expertise.
Key Responsibilities: • Clienthitect and enhance the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module for enterprise-wide use. • Design and implement complex re,tion workflows, ticketing automation, and escalation processes. • Lead integrations with ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and Security Operations to improve risk visibility. • Develop advanced dashboards, KPIs, and reports for vulnerability metrics, SLA tracking, and re,tion effectiveness. • utomate vulnerability prioritization, validation, and re,tion workflows. • Collaborate with CSO, IT security, compliance, and risk teams to align processes with governance frameworks. • Lead API integrations and scripting (REST, Flow Designer, Business Rules) for automation. • Provide strategic recommendations for improving vulnerability management and risk reduction. • Train and mentor junior consultants and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices. • Ensure compliance with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and other security standards.
Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC, Vulnerability Response, or IT Security Operations. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and workflow automation. • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and Security Operations integrations. • Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, REST APIs), Flow Designer, and Business Rules. • Proven ability to optimize vulnerability management processes and reporting. • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. • ServiceNow GRC/Vulnerability Response certification is preferred.
