Job Description:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students. - Work within a school setting from Monday to Friday. - Participate in orientation, which occurs every other Thursday. - Complete mandatory modules during orientation and annually, averaging 8 hours, through the designated learning portal. - Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including completing state fingerprinting two Mondays prior to orientation. - Adapt therapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of students. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development. - Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
