Job Description
We are seeking several Chemical Engineers nationwide.
One position is near Peoria, IL. This is for a CHEMICAL PROCESS/CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER.
Responsibilities
- Requires BS ChE with 5+ years Process/Continuous Improvement Engineering experience in a manufacturing site.
- Develop more sustainable solutions (decrease environmental footprint).
- Define and quantify both incremental and step change cost savings.
- Work with the production site and a global team.
- Define project feasibility and conceptual cost analysis.
- Lead technology evaluations and provide data for process improvements and CAPEX.
- Use CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Discipline, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and others).
- Travel up to 50% (domestic/international) to support other operations.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident already living in the US.
