They have a current opening for Human Business Partner (HRBP) at their inpatient hospital in a South Western suburb of Boston, MA . Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite. Education/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. Manage payroll, benefits, and other total rewards programs. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
