This position is supervisory in nature and manages direct reports responsible for the execution of multiple operational verticals with various experience levels, complexity of task and timing of reporting requirements. This role is responsible for the overall management of operational functions for SitusAMC’s US CRE Servicing & Asset Management (SAM) platform. Responsibilities include development of strategic direction and planning for operational functions, performance appraisal for operational leads and their teams, assessment of servicing issues, resolution of escalations and ensuring servicing objectives are met timely and accurately. This position involves a high level of interaction and communication between senior leadership and internal management. Implementation of the current strategic plan while planning towards a greater vision is critical to this role.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, decrease cost-to-serve and support the company's growth objectives.
Cultivate and mentor high-performing operational leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage budget for the operations verticals, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate adherence to cost-to-serve targets.
Oversee relationships with third party service providers to measure compliance with service level and quality standards to ensure SAM achieves optimal outcomes balancing efficiency, efficacy and economics.
Collaborate with internal CRE technology enablement resources to identify solutions that enhance operational capabilities and improve client experiences with focus on automation and AI functionality.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Stay abreast of changes in industry standards.
Other activities as may be required in the normal course of business.
Perform other activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; preferred field of study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 5+ years in a SVP level role or external equivalent.
High comfort level with use of various industry related software systems
Strong Excel skills

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$250,000.00 - $325,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
