We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with valid U.S. electrical certification to join our state of art plant in Anderson, SC (USA).
Key competencies and qualifications
Lead or support the installation, commissioning, and fine-tuning of equipment and systems.
Ensure safe and compliant electrical work aligned with U.S. industrial codes and standards.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
Contribute to the setup of the plant’s maintenance program, including CMMS implementation.
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize equipment performance and production processes.
Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and maintenance procedures.
Provide training and technical support to maintenance and production teams.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement from the start.
The ideal candidate will have
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
Valid U.S. electrical certification (e.g., journeyman or master electrician license, or other state-recognized industrial electrical qualification).
At least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or process engineering roles within manufacturing.
experience with both electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience in plant start-ups, commissioning, or new equipment installation is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Strong knowledge of U.S. safety regulations and industrial maintenance best practices.
