We are searching for a Social Media Account Executive for our Digital team to work in our San Francisco office. We would consider hiring at the Senior Account Executive level, should experience warrant it. Staff working at this level have a background in social media, online marketing, and communications. In addition to being familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and X, the ideal candidate has initiative, can post across multiple accounts, and is detail-oriented. Knowledge of wine and spirits is not required, but is a plus!
This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid position. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work from our San Francisco office at least three times per week. Salary Range: $60,000 - $73,000, DOE.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain proactive communication with clients serving as account lead for SAE position, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content that aligns with clients' brand identity.
- Oversee the social media budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI
- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth for each brand.
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and communication.
- Fan acquisition, and responsive & proactive community management
- Responding to comments and DMs on social media
- Engaging audiences across social media networks to increase brand loyalty and grow authentic connections
- Building and maintaining relationships with followers, fans, and customers to foster a sense of community.
- Foster and maintain relationships with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results across clients.
- Monitor and report on client key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling content
- Pulling and understanding social media platform analytics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media and community management
- Able to effectively manage strategic social campaigns and audience targeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing client relationships effectively.
- Understanding of how social media content supports/reinforces brand attributes of clients and their products – including the ability to maintain brand identity across multiple accounts
- Understanding of social media metrics and the tools we use, such as Sprout Social, to track and analyze social media performance
- Understands Facebook Ads Manager and paid advertising to boost engagements, traffic, and followers
- Understanding of platform functionality: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Interest in influencer marketing and content creation a plus
- Interest in wine/spirits industry is a plus
