Qualifications
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Master or Bachelors of PT

Physical Demand Capacity
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Lifting: loads of 5-35 lbs from various positions
- Carrying: loads of 5-10 lbs for 40-50’
- Pushing: loads of 5-150 lbs on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip: 40-50 lbs for 1-2 minutes
- Guarding a “lift load”: 120-140 lbs
