Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!
Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Skillman, NJ. We are seeking per diem LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $26.50 - $28.42 / hour

Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Skillman, NJ. We are seeking per diem LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. nurses notes, weekly wound assessments, psychotropic charting, etc.).
- Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
- Assist with physician rounds
- Provide medications and treatment to residents.
- Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to Wellness Director
- Notify physician of any changes or concerns in resident's condition.
- Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid LPN License required
- CPR Certified
- 2+ Years experience as an LPN preferred
