As a SR Associate Director, you will collaborate with other epidemiologists and cross-functional partners to develop and implement global epidemiology/RWE strategies for one or more products or disease areas. You will design, execute, and report on epidemiology studies, provide methods advice, and communicate results to stakeholders. The role involves oversight of evidence generation processes, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support product development and market access. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and oversee global RWE strategies for assigned products and areas. Design, execute, and report epidemiology/RWE studies; communicate findings effectively. Review and provide technical input on studies and publications. Build internal and external collaborations. Develop regulatory documentation sections related to epidemiology/RWE. Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and training. Provide methodological consultation across functions and regions. Qualifications For Sr AD level: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Epidemiology, HEOR, Medicine, or related field, with relevant experience. Strong methods training, analytical skills, and experience with healthcare data and analytic tools are required. For Director level: Doctoral or Master’s degree with extensive experience in epidemiology or RWE, strategic and leadership skills, and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or related industry. Compensation Base salary typically ranges from $170,000 to $269,000 for Sr AD and $220,000 to $350,000 for Director, with potential bonuses and benefits. Why Boehringer Ingelheim?
