Peregrine Team is seeking a strategic Senior Recruiting Account Manager. This person will serve as a key talent acquisition strategist, working closely with internal business leaders to understand their unique talent needs, develop robust recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Partner directly with business unit leaders across Technology, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Development
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with each business group's specific talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth workforce planning and skills gap analysis
- Create and maintain comprehensive talent pipelines for critical and emerging roles
- Implement proactive recruitment approaches for hard-to-fill and strategic positions
- Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to internal business leaders
- Attend departmental strategy meetings to deeply understand current and future talent needs
- Provide consultative guidance on organizational design, talent development, and recruitment approaches
- Develop strong relationships across all business units to ensure seamless talent acquisition
- Create customized recruitment dashboards and reporting for each business group
- Recruitment Process and Optimization
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level internal positions
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Leverage internal mobility and succession planning opportunities
- Conduct sophisticated candidate assessments and competency evaluations
- Streamline and optimize recruitment processes across the organization
- Data-Driven Recruitment Analytics
- Develop comprehensive recruitment metrics and performance dashboards
- Analyze hiring trends, candidate experience, and recruitment effectiveness
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on talent acquisition performance
- Implement data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes
- Track and report on key recruitment KPIs across business groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a strong preference for internal corporate recruitment AND agency experience
- Proven track record of supporting multiple business units
- Advanced understanding of talent acquisition technologies and methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
