Our client, a leader in innovative technology, is seeking a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI to join their team. As a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management which will align successfully in the organization.

$79.33 – $86.53/hr What's the Job? Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and contract manufacturers. Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors. Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures. Lead the electrical team in various project initiatives. Conduct failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions. What's Needed? 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction. Experience in developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD). Ability to independently manage projects and lead teams. Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment.
