What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with senior leadership to transition critical integration initiatives into actionable project plans - Utilize standard project management tools to coach and develop project team members - Communicate project progress and manage risks through regular updates - Influence decision-making and escalate risks related to project scope, schedule, and budget - Function as a Business System Champion to enhance project management and process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations, or a related field - Minimum of five years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in a manufacturing environment - Proven track record of utilizing change management concepts and tools - Effective communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Pro-sci ADKAR certification - Experience with quality systems such as AS9100, ISO9001, ISO13485, or TS16949 - Familiarity with continuous improvement/lean leadership tools - Experience working with diverse cultures and countries
