Midland, TX Overview: Our client is a leading Midstream Oil & Gas company dedicated to the safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation and storage of energy resources. They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead their engineering team in Midland, TX, overseeing key projects and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee the design, development, and execution of midstream projects, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Provide technical guidance on pipeline, facilities, and infrastructure engineering. Manage all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of midstream projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, regulatory, and project management. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational risks. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related field). 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 12+ years in the Oil & Gas industry (Midstream preferred). 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a proven ability to lead and develop talent. Strong project management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of midstream infrastructure, including pipelines, compression, and storage facilities. Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus. Experience with project financing and cost control in midstream projects. Knowledge of industry software and engineering tools.
