With over a decade in the insurance industry, I've cultivated a team of four full-time professionals who are dedicated to making a difference for our customers and community.

I also serve on the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Executive Board for Work Skills Foundation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Krugh - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Howell, MI. Our office is open 9am-5:30pm. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a proud graduate of Central Michigan University.
