StaffBright is currently assisting a client in finding a Litigation Attorney in Farmington Hills, MI, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience

• What You Will Be Doing

• Handling commercial litigation, insurance litigation, regulatory law, and corporate law matters.
• Providing legal counsel on professional liability, dramshop, premises liability, employment law, and no-fault law.
• Managing cases independently from inception through trial.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Developing legal strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and case law.

What We Need From You

• To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: Litigation Experience – Proven experience handling depositions and real-life courtroom trials.
• Professionalism – Demonstrates a polished and professional demeanor in all client and courtroom interactions.
• Adaptability – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while managing multiple cases effectively.
• Organizational Skills – Strong project management and organizational abilities to ensure deadlines and case requirements are met.

All-Star Skillset

• The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills: Property and Casualty Experience – Familiarity with legal matters related to property and casualty insurance claims, coverage disputes, and litigation.
