As a Director of Continuous Improvement, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to : Own and lead the redesign and implementation of process changes, ensuring alignment with quality standards and organizational guidelines. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and operational bottlenecks using proven statistical methods. Implement improvements to enhance processes and product quality. Drive long-term improvement projects using methodologies such as fishbone analysis, 5 Whys, DMAIC, RCA, and statistical analysis to deliver sustainable solutions. Develop and optimize sequences of operations, estimate time requirements, and prepare operation sheets. Support labor and warehouse management systems to enhance distribution site efficiency. Lead the deployment of the BW Way system across sites, including X-matrix alignment, Kaizen facilitation, and Green Belt & Black Belt Certification. Guide project teams in developing business cases and ROI for growth initiatives. Manage projects from inception to completion, establishing KPIs to ensure stable and sustainable process improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by educating and motivating employees to embrace change and drive accountability for operational targets and business results. Champion process improvement excellence and promote cross-facility / cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and achieve business goals. Establish and support a culture of continuous improvement by teaching and utilizing Lean tools and principles to enhance yields, reduce downtime, improve safety, and drive overall business improvement. Travel to Distribution facilities as needed. Position may travel 25-50%. The Person :
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred. 7+ years of professional experience in roles such as Lean Manufacturing Manager, Distribution Manager, Plant / DC Manager, or Production / Operations Manager. Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with relevant training and certifications. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Tableau or similar software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. The Details :
