Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate service. You will advocate for patients and families while supporting the hospital's mission and values. Administer medical procedures, monitoring, or functions as directed by medical providers and document care promptly in patient records. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications while simplifying complex medical terminology for better understanding. Guide patients and families on healthy lifestyle changes and self-management practices. Engage in evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized patient care plans that support recovery and wellbeing. Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment. Current Registered Nurse license. Availability to work at least 1 shift per week. Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
