Wage: $15 per hour with an incentive option
This position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with account setup and service activation, or changes Identify customer needs to provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions Research account and billing issues to resolve problems and answer customer questions Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions Assist with basic troubleshooting Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a team environment with basic technical concepts or troubleshooting High school diploma or equivalent Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in the broadband or telecom industry Interest in technology, networking, or IT Desire to grow within a technical or operations role
