Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at Summit Building Services in Houston, TX. The Vice President will be responsible for managing the franchising operations, overseeing training programs, driving sales, recruiting staff, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Qualifications Experience in Franchising and Sales Proven ability in Training and Recruiting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the cleaning or janitorial industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Seniority level
