This person will report to the Recruiting Manager of Branch Operations, Government Services. SHC Federal is excited and grateful to partner with and serve the DoD community. Hybrid-remote career opportunity Ability to make an impact and help establish the foundation of a rapidly growing start up office Most competitive commission structure in the technology workforce solutions industry according to competitive intelligence market research Working in an A-Player culture that lives and breathes by its Key Core Values Unlimited career growth and leadership opportunities Responsibilities: Source through qualified resumes to ensure candidates' skill sets are properly aligned to match career ambitions and skillsets Vet candidates to ensure they are proper fits for our clients' hiring needs Run the full life cycle recruiting process Aid in the mentorship and growth of other Technical Recruiters Attend industry networking events and specific technology meetups to increase and leverage your network along with develop professionally Properly document conversations and activity within SHC Federal's Applicant Tracking System Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options Create long-term and profound relationships with candidates and clients to create loyal partnerships for years to come Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make Provide A-Player referrals for potential hires at Summit Human Capital Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter working within the federal staffing space with the DoD and Intelligence Community Excellent organization and documentation skills A "glass half-full" mentality Positive outlook and attitude in life High sense of urgency and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be challenged Team-oriented mentality Results driven individual who wants to be successful and be part of a winning team President’s Club/Contest winner recipient within the IT Staffing space Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (ideally with a degree in business or human resources) Seniority level
