✔️ Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
✔️ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction
✅ Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12 or hospitality projects is a plus
✅ Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures
