Cardiology Supervisor
Full Time / Day Shift
The Cardiology Supervisor assists the Imaging Director & Imaging Manager in day-to-day supervision of the Diagnostic Center (Cardiology & Neurology Department)- including the Team, Patients, Equipment, & Exams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with cardiologists, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- In collaboration with Cardiology Lead Tech, assign work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- In collaboration with Cardiology Lead Tech, monitors and performs daily billing reconciliations.
- In collaboration with Cardiology Lead Tech, inventories departmental supplies and keeps stock to appropriate par levels.
- In collaboration with Cardiology Lead Tech, maintains employee files.
- Train new staff members and provide continuing education opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and hospital administration
- Address patient concerns and improve service delivery.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of cardiology equipment.
- Direct impact on annual budgeting and cost management in Cardiology & Neurology.
- Direct responsibility of personnel performance evaluations for Cardiology & Neurology.
- Collaborates effectively with Imaging Director, Imaging Manager, & Cardiology Chair
- Maintains and updates the Cardiology Policies, Workflows, and Protocols.
Work Experience
- 1+ Years in Cardiology Leadership
- 3+ Years in Cardiology Field in one or more of the following roles:
- EKG Tech
- Cardiac Sonographer
- EEG or EMG Tech
Position Qualifications
- BLS
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Desired : Bachelor’s degree

Salary Range:
$35-$55/hr
