The Surgical Technician performs selected procedures and related duties under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse personnel in the operating room.
*Qualifications*
Previous experience as a scrub technician or successful completion of a certified surgical technician course. High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Requirements
Certification by the Association of Surgical Technicians
