Engrain is a rapidly growing and dynamic company seeking a highly skilled
System Integration Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect our diverse applications and systems, with a strong emphasis on leveraging our Workato integration platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
What you'll do...
Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Workato, including creating and maintaining
Workato recipes, connectors, and workflows . Serve as the subject matter expert for Workato, providing guidance and support to other team members. Analyze business requirements and translate them into
technical integration specifications . Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between systems. Develop and maintain
APIs and web services
to facilitate data exchange between applications. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Optimize integration performance and ensure data integrity. Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and industry trends. Participate in the
full software development lifecycle , including design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and reliable integrations. Requirements
What you offer us...
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Systems Integration Specialist or similar role. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato, including advanced recipe development and connector configuration. Strong understanding of integration patterns, principles, and best practices. Proficiency in working with
RESTful APIs, SOAP web services , and other integration technologies. Experience with various enterprise systems, such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and HCM (e.g., Workday, ADP) systems. Knowledge of data mapping, data transformation, and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Workato certification(s). Experience with other
iPaaS platforms
(e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. What we offer you...
Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of
$100,000 - $130,000 . Salary Description
$100,000 - $130,000
