This role will play a critical role in leading owned and earned marketing at TRUFF including email, influencer, PR, recipes, organic social, and trade shows. This role will also manage our shopper marketing activities. With respect to shopper, this role will manage an agency that assists on sponsored search and then will work directly with the SVP of Marketing on other shopper activities including retailer display ads, in-store signage, targeted promotions etc. With respect to organic social, this role will manage an experienced social media manager who is responsible for social strategy, content creation, and community management. This role will also support always-on marketing, partnerships, brand strategy, and paid media campaigns. This role will lead monthly marketing reporting with an eye towards continuously assessing the impact of our brand marketing against our key brand, shopper, and sales goals. Brand Strategy Support on crystalizing the brand identity, brand look and feel, and brand voice Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms Support on the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to increase household penetration and drive velocities Brand Marketing: Oversee brand marketing channels including Organic Social, PR, Influencer, and Partnerships Build out always on creative + paid media calendar and support brand launch moments large and small (retail expansion, new products, holidays etc), leading omni-channel activations across our brand marketing channels Ideate creative, low-cost moments to spice up the calendar in between bigger campaign moments Support on major campaign strategy, creative dev., and paid media planning Lead and execute influencer strategy, developing creative influencer campaigns, sourcing, contracting, and briefing influencer partners, and executing influencer seeding campaigns Lead and execute PR strategy Lead organic social by empowering our social media manager to develop strategic and creative organic campaigns and always on posts; review and approve organic social media posts Execute omnichannel marketing strategies to create a seamless and integrated customer experience across all platforms Manage strategic partnerships with other brands, food service partners etc Support in developing the strategy for shopper marketing Manage shopper marketing agency on sponsored search and digital retail display ads Support on planning and managing for in-store signage, targeted promotions, any and all additional shopper marketing activities Market Analysis and Consumer Insights Monitor, analyze, and present on campaign performance Lead monthly marketing reporting on all key marketing activities: email, influencer, organic social, paid media Owns marketing KPIs related to awareness, trial, repeat and brand health in order to develop and track against marketing strategy Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on brand and shopper performance and how they correspond to sales Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and initiatives. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage Social Media Manager Support on managing creative agencies and paid media agencies Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food CPG industry. 3+ years management experience Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. Creative thinker with a passion for food and culinary experiences. Experience managing social media managers, in house creatives, or creative agencies Experience leading in house organic social, influencer, and PR Nice to Have: Experience partnering with paid media agencies for audience development, planning, and buying Strong project management skills, where they owned prioritization and budgeting Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. An obsession with brand, creative, and story-telling Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Comp:
