Talent Acquisition Manager ($75,000+)
ProPivotal is one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms and due to our growth, weare looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to provide service to one ofour major clients.
This role will supportone of the world’s largest privately held, global, asset managers. The TalentAcquisition Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle candidatemanagement, including sourcing, interviewing and relationship management. Inaddition to candidate management, a key part of this role is program managementwhich will include client oversight and client partnership. This is a uniqueopportunity to work within the talent acquisition space supporting aworld-renowned brand.

Responsibilities:
- Weekly client meetings (inperson, zoom, and phone) which include search updates and takingrequisitions
- Work in tandem with ProPivotal interviewing and fulfillment teams to select candidates for client jobopenings
- Recruiting including sourcingand interviewing
- Coach and advise clients andcandidates on the interview process
- Customer service to clients andcandidates, scheduling, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clientconsultation
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experiencewithin a relationship-oriented profession such as program management,talent acquisition, project management, retail, hospitality, or account managementis required.
- A confident yet humble demeanorwith a proven ability to own challenging tasks, projects, and assignments.
- A strong technical aptitude isrequired (MS Office, advanced Excel, CRM or another database exposure)
