TalentoHC is partnering with a growing, family-owned company seeking an HR Director, report directly to the VP of HR while leading all major corporate functions within HR.
Responsibilities include:
Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and 401(k) contributions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace safety regulations.
Collaborating on policy development, compensation strategy, and HR programs.
Leading HR projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Strong expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HR systems (Ceridian Dayforce) and data-driven decision-making.
