Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our tech and/or business organizations. The ideal candidate will contribute both strategically and practically to foster an innovative and engaging community within our teams. They will bring creative and effective ideas to support our growing organization.
Required Skills :
HR Business Partner Responsibilities :
- Design and implement targeted solutions focusing on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building.
- Provide strategic partnership, thought leadership, and coaching across all organizational levels.
- Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs; recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
- Deliver data analysis and reporting tailored to business requirements.
- Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.
- Manage and facilitate performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys annually.
- Collaborate with HR teams in recruiting, learning & development, compensation, legal, and HR programs to scale solutions.
- Work closely with regional HR partners on global strategies and execution.
- Support employee relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations Partners.
- Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.
- Lead and participate in HR projects as part of the broader HR community.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience supporting global or highly matrixed organizations at scale.
- Strong judgment and risk assessment skills.
- Proficiency in consulting, coaching, and facilitation.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Empathy and experience in community-building initiatives.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Experience thriving in dynamic environments and building cross-team relationships.
- Proven influence and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Compensation :
$147,000 to $213,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
