Job Description
We seek a technically skilled, client-focused Senior Manager to join our expanding PCS practice. You will manage U.S. tax compliance and planning services for globally mobile individuals and families, including U.S. citizens abroad, nonresidents with U.S. investments, and cross-border executives.
You will deliver complex tax solutions, lead a team, and support the growth of a high-performing advisory practice in a fast-changing global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components.
- Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.).
- Conduct technical research and advise on trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation.
Team Supervision
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with global colleagues across jurisdictions and time zones.
Engagement Management
- Ensure operational excellence in client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and workflow management.
- Contribute to developing internal processes, templates, and knowledge tools.
Qualifications
- CPA, EA, or JD required; MST or LLM a plus.
- 6–8 years of U.S. private client tax experience, preferably with cross-border exposure.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international individual tax, trusts, and estate/gift rules.
- Experience managing projects, reviewing technical work, and interacting with clients.
- Desire to grow technically and contribute to practice development.

Additional Information
- This is a remote role anywhere in the US.
- Salary range: $124,300 - $204,200.
