Job Title: Head of Global Talent Acquisition / Team Lead – Recruiter
Location: Boston, MA
Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year + OTE

About the Role
Are you an experienced recruiter ready to step into a leadership role? We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead to manage a small team of recruiters, drive performance, and actively participate in client and candidate interactions.
Responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients and candidates
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech markets
- Proven business development skills and relationship-building experience
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
